As a civil litigation attorney I am involved in all aspects of the practice, from introductory  meetings with clients, to drafting proceedings, settlement negotiations, arguing contested motions and full preparation and pleading of trials. Trial experience includes pleadings before Quebec labour boards, Quebec Court, Superior Court, Quebec Court of Appeal and most recently preparation for the Supreme Court of Canada.
